How these are counted. A job's date is its scheduled date (or its booked estimate's date if it was never scheduled). Booked = the job has a booked estimate; revenue is that estimate's total. Department is the job's Department, or the estimate's Division. Estimated crew hours = the booked estimate's hourly handler/tech lines (hours × number of people). Actual crew hours = everyone's submitted or approved time-sheet rows for that job (lunch and materials left out). A job ran over when actual crew hours beat the estimate.
